Kingslea at Broadmeadows is a residential community in the heart of Melbourne’s North-West. Showcasing affordable luxury and architecturally designed town homes, this development is a 154 multi-unit site. A design guideline that pays homage to the site’s original industrial ‘Hard Yakka’ past was adhered to when planning the project. Working closely with Council, Rendition Homes has successfully incorporated an industrial look and feel to each home. The overall development is expected to be completed in 2025.
