Design Discussion
Initially you will meet with your dedicated Sales Consultant in one of our custom designed display homes to discuss your land details, room requirements, preferred features, facade style and budget.
It doesn’t matter how basic or advanced your plans are, we can turn them into the home you want. And we can do this for no more than you’d expect to pay for a similar sized design ready home. Even if you have professional plans that have proven too costly to build, we can make them work for you at a price you can afford.
Preliminary Plan
One of our experienced designers will then create your preliminary plan for you. We will ensure that it meets your requirements before it is released.
With years of building expertise, we have a range of building capabilities to choose from. From single storey, two storey, villa, courtyard, to terrace and 2 on 1 block. We are also an industry expert on sloping sites, with our building methods creating the most affordable elevated views and resulting in little excavation and retaining wall costs later.
Your Sales Consultant will then personally present it to you with an accompanying affordability guide.
Service fee
A small service fee is now required (ask your Sales Consultant for details) which enables us to organise the following to be prepared for you so that we can offer you a fixed price, Contours Soil report, Preliminary engineers report.
Plan Personalisation
You will now meet with the designer, who prepared your preliminary plan, and adjust and finalise any areas as required. They will guide you through this process to ensure that your design meets your needs.
No extra cost for plan changes prior to planning application, so your final submitted design is exactly what you want.
This plan will then be lodged to council for planning assessment.
Premium Style
One of the most exciting parts of building a new home is creating the finished look – the colour, the style and the personality of your home. This happens, ironically, before building begins, just after your plans have been finalised.
At our Modello Selections Studio, you’ll receive personalised, expert advice from an interior decorator, who will guide you through the selection process, and make the task of deciding a lot easier.
All Rendition homes are pre-priced with our Premium Inclusions range to provide you with the stylish finishes you’d expect in a custom home.
Fixed Price
Our production estimating team will check the contents of your Preliminary Schedule, update as required and reconcile any provisions. You will now receive your fixed price offer which is valid for up to 28 days.
