*HouseWarming Gift:
The ‘House Warming Gift’ will commence from 6^th September 2022, and is applicable to contracts with a retail value greater than $300,000 at the date of Contract Signing. (A ‘House Warming Gift’ of $5,000 is applicable for Contracts with a lesser retail value) The ‘House Warming Gift’ is to be spent at Modello Selection Studio on Finishes & Upgrade Items only and is not eligible to be used against items already stated in the Contract Schedule. This offer is not valid for house & land packages. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be redeemed for cash. This offer is non-transferrable and will be valid for 6 months from the date of contract signing. Please check with your building consultant for your eligibility for the offer. *Premium Upgrades Packages:
The Premium Upgrade packages are based on the building specifications and finishes outlined on the contract. This offer is valid on Preliminary Service Agreements signed from 6^th September 2022, and applicable to contracts with a retail value greater than $300,000 at the date of Contract Signing. (Contracts with a lesser retail value will be eligible for the “Bathroom & Ensuite Upgrades” only). Credits will not be given for the exclusion of any items within the offer nor redeemable for cash. The upgrade offer applies to the products listed, further amendments to a specific product can only be done at the Modello Selections appointment. Rendition Homes reserves the right to substitute similar products to those included in the Upgrade offer should any items not be available. This offer is not valid for house & land packages. Complimentary Design Service:
The Complimentary Design Service includes one appointment with our Design Manager and one custom home design only. Fees may apply for additional designs – please refer to your Building Consultant for details.
To qualify for this offer the estimated value of the home must be over $300,000 and the client must own the land outright (i.e. not on hold).
This Professional Design Service is also available for small fee of $550 if the estimated value of the home is less than $300,000.

*50 Year Structural Warranty:
The Rendition Homes Structural Warranty lasts for 50 years of ownership. The Rendition Homes will resolve any structural failure caused by our default of concrete footings, load bearing brickwork and structural timbers.
• The Warranty is non-transferrable
• Hot water units, cook tops, ovens etc.. are all covered by the Manufacturer’s Guarantee. It is recommended to read the individual appliance Manufacturer’s Guarantee and care maintenance information or contact the Manufacturer’s Service Department for service during the guarantee period.
• Items not covered by this Warranty are as followed:
– “Acts of God” such as damage caused by storms, fire or flood.
– Trees near the concrete footings of your home, which may cause shrinkage of the soil, particularly in soils of high clay composition. As a result of this shrinkage, damage to the footings may occur. For further information regarding this matter please refer to the “Guide to Home Owners on Foundation Maintenance and Footing Performance” produced by the Division of Building Research of the C.S.I.R.O in the back of your soil report. This Guarantee may be rendered void should compliance to these recommendations not be adhered to.
– Any defects repaired or modified by unqualified or unauthorised personnel.
– The Rendition Homes Warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse or neglect on the owners part.
– Any failure caused by anything other than our faulty workmanship or our negligent supply of defective materials.
