In essence, you are creating ‘your own Rendition’ of our design ready homes. Through the program, you become an active participant in the creation of your new home, giving you a real sense of ownership. And that’s exciting!

Our Approach
Program. It combines consultation and design into one easy process, it only takes two weeks to create your own customised plan. You’ll be taken through our many designs, and shown how they can be adapted and modified to suit your individual requirements. We can even turn your roughest plan or vaguest idea into an amazing reality. Having built in the South Australian foothills for many years, sloping sites are also a unique speciality – we will design and build a new home that takes full advantage of the contours of your land. We will provide you with accurate home building advice – in writing – along with:
